I have posted my latest working copy of GUIIO to CPAN. It can be found at:

Please note that there are some remnants of the project for which GUIIO repurposes (namely ASCIIO), and that can be seen in the areas describing the project. I will try and get this taken care of shortly, and resubmit to PAUSE/CPAN. You learn a lot from submitting to these places, how their systems work and also what conventions they use to handle aspects of your project.
